The COPA, passed in 1998 as a way of making things tougher for online pornographers - but, of course, in the name of saving children - has died due to the Supreme Court rejecting any further hearing on the matter, after declaring the COPA exceeded its boundaries in affecting the freedom of speech and expression earlier last year.
