Below could easily be a 1970s Eastern Bloc camera advertisement, but it's actually some modern-day Russian porn with a classy medium-format camera included as a prop. That camera is a Салют-С, or "Salyut S" to us non-Cyrillic nations.
The original Salyut was designed off the Hasselblad 1600, and the S variant was made throughout the seventies. You can still find them on eBay, but their twin brother, the Kiev-88, is more common.
